I work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma.
Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive, and some are navigating ADHD or high-functioning autism. I also work with people who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and high self-criticism, as well as those who feel lost, stuck, or unsure about their direction in life.
I support clients through major life transitions, helping them better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and move towards a more authentic and meaningful life.

I draw from Focusing-oriented therapy, somatic experiencing, and trauma-informed and relational attachment theory to provide an integrative approach.
I'm especially attuned to how trauma lives in the body and how to bring the nervous system back to equilibrium - creating inner-harmony.
