Psychotherapist | Holistic Counsellor

As the founder of Soul Village Therapy, my mission is to create a nurturing, safe space specialising in working with adults who are highly sensitive or navigating trauma, helping them cultivate resilience, authenticity, and deeper relationships with themselves and others.

With a background in Integrative Psychotherapy and a strong focus on trauma-informed care, my approach is grounded in empathy and deep listening. I understand the challenges that come with being a sensitive person in a fast-paced world, and I’m here to support you in finding your own path in your own voice. My work helps with immediate concerns like anxiety or depression while empowering you to embrace who you are at your core.​

I gEt It.

I was always deeply curious about human nature. As a highly sensitive person, I often felt things fully and struggled to find my place in a world that didn’t seem to value this depth of feeling.

 

Despite earning a Business degree and working as an Accountant, I couldn’t shake the sense that there was something more meaningful waiting for me. This need to make sense of my experiences led me to explore my own adversities, revealing the layers and shapes of my experiences.

 

Through Psychotherapy and somatic practices, I found a deeper sense of clarity and understanding of myself. Nothing felt quite like being with my own experience through therapy, even though not always easy, I learnt the only way out was through.

 

I began to understand no external comfort, person, achievement or material thing could compare to being present and allowing of myself in the therapeutic process.​ That’s why I became a therapist, to help others discover deeper experiences within themselves, whatever the shade. 

 

Now, I help others navigate their own journeys of self-liberation, supporting them in breaking free from what holds them back. Together, we cultivate embodied, soulful experiences and create deeper, more authentic connections—with others, and most importantly, with ourselves.

My approach is not too 'clinical' and not too 'alternative'.

In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My approach is centered around creating a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore and express yourself. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, or just need to find direction, my goal is to help you understand and connect with your inner self in a way that feels right for you.
