Therapy for Highly Sensitive Individuals + Trauma Impacted Souls

With a background in Integrative Psychotherapy and a strong focus on trauma-informed care, my approach is grounded in empathy and deep listening

I understand the challenges that come with being a sensitive person in a fast-paced world and I'm here to support you in finding your own path and your own voice.

In fact, I has already helped hundreds of clients all around Australia achieve their therapy goals - so are you ready to feel better?

Meet the Founder: Daniela

Hello out there! I'm Daniela. Born and raised in Melbourne, I was always deeply curious about human nature. As a highly sensitive person, I often felt things fully and struggled to find my place in a world that didn’t seem to value this depth of feeling.

Despite earning a Business degree and working as an Accountant, I couldn’t shake the sense that there was something more meaningful waiting for me.

Through Psychotherapy and embodiment practices, I found a deeper sense of clarity and understanding of myself and I'm here to help you do the same.

Providing psychotherapy that is relational + gentle on the soul

Human-to-human therapy gently counteracts the fast-paced, surface-level culture we’re immersed in. It’s a reminder of what humans long for at our core: presence, empathy, and authentic connection. A skilled therapist can help you reconnect with your inner voice, feel your feelings more safely, and support you in making sense of your pain.

Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, identity, or just feeling stuck, therapy provides more than coping strategies—it offers deep relational healing. In a world that often encourages us to numb, bypass, or perform, the therapeutic relationship becomes a place of self-honouring.

Now, more than ever, we need real conversations. We need spaces where vulnerability is not only welcome but necessary. I believe therapy is that place —it’s a deeply human need.

Therapy that is not too 'clinical' and not too 'alternative'. If you’ve felt let down by therapy, Let’s do it differently.

If you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite land, you’re not alone—I’ve been there too. I found many approaches too focused on fixing, rushing me toward results before I ever felt truly seen or heard. Others felt too airy-fairy, disconnected from the real, raw, human parts of me that needed care.

That’s why I offer a different kind of therapy. One that doesn’t push or prescribe, but instead meets you exactly where you are. This isn’t about surface-level coping—it’s about deep, sustainable healing. If you haven’t felt like therapy was made for you before, you might feel something different here.
